Rav Yudka Paley Founder of Mishpacha magazine was Niftar on erev Yom Kippur in Yerushalayim at the age of 75 following an illness. Mishpacha magazine was the first of its kind among the Frum newspapers. He was a Baal Chesed and was involved in many aspects of helping the Tzibbur in a quiet and unassuming matter.
