Rav Shteinman: No bracha is made when u see the video of the Chofetz Chaim

Rav Aaron Leib shteinman commented on the famous Chofetz Chaim video which surfaced a few months ago. Asked if you make the bracha of  שחלק מחכמתו ליראיו upon seeing the chofetz chaim, Rav shteinman answered that you dont say it on a tzadik after he died. Secondly, Rav Shteinman said you dont make a bracha even on a live person in a video even if its a live broadcast since the bracha is on the Chochom himself, not on the image in the video which is not him. The Rav than quipped the gemara says that the malachim danced at the wedding of Adam and Chava, had someone taken a video it would sell for thousands of dollars.
