A IDF force came under fire during an operation to arrest wanted terrorists from the Islamic Jihad in Jenin. One Israeli soldier was critically wounded in the exchange of heavy gunfire. Reports, Soldiers shot and killed the head of Islamic Jihad Bassam saudi. Palestinian sources claim 6 of their own were killed.
