President Obama is scheduled to attend a fundraiser for the Democratic senatorial campaign committee on Friday afternoon at the home of noted askan past chair of AIPAC, Mr. Howard Tzvi Friedman. The event is called for 4:00 pm. With shabbos just a few hours later, there should be a pot of cholent simmering nearby for the president to taste, along with a piece potato kugel of course.
